Russell Findley

Russell Findley currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of IT Operations at Alo Yoga since April 2023. Previously, Findley held various leadership roles at Sephora USA, Inc., including Vice President of Operations & Security, Head of Information Security, and Director of Information Security from July 2017 to May 2023. From December 2010 to July 2017, Findley was the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Security at bebe stores, where responsibilities included securing a globally distributed IT infrastructure. Findley also served as Director of Information Technology at Servigistics from October 2009 to December 2010, focusing on scalable infrastructure technologies and merger integration. Earlier roles include Director of Managed Service, Hosting Operations & Information Technology at Click Commerce from 2001 to 2009, contributing to significant hosting revenue, and System Administrator at Property Capital. Findley holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Monterey Bay.
