Alford Givance has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2002 to 2012. Alford began their career at Fidelity Bank as an Item Processing/Research and Adjustments Manager and worked there from July 2002 to February 2007. Alford then joined Covansys as a Banking Operations Senior Manager from February 2007 to December 2007. Shortly after, they moved to Alogent in December 2012, where they served as the Principal Product Manager. In between their time at Covansys and Alogent, they also worked at VSoft Corporation as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist for a period of four years, from January 2008 to December 2012. Additionally, they gained experience in the telecommunications industry as a Senior Project Manager - Consultant at AT&T Mobility from 2011 to 2012. Lastly, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Consultant at Walt Disney Internet Group from July 2011 to December 2011.

Alford Givance holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology, which was obtained from Capella University between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they completed an MBA program in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Operations Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2002 to 2004. Givance's undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Systems, was earned at DeVry University from 1999 to 2001.
