Bob Leslie

Bob Leslie has over 25 years of experience in financial management and consulting roles. Bob recently worked as a Controller at Alogent, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, Bob served as a Controller at MiRus™ from September 2021 to June 2022, where they led efforts to improve the finance and accounting department, including updating financial statements and enhancing the ERP system.

Before joining MiRus™, Bob worked as a Financial Management Consultant from September 2020 to September 2021. Bob has also held significant positions at Sebacia, Inc. and The Innovation Factory. At Sebacia, Inc., Bob served as the CFO from June 2010 to August 2019, and later assisted the new executive management team during the transition period from September 2019 to February 2020. At The Innovation Factory, Bob created the role of CFO in Residence and served in that position from April 2007 to August 2019.

Prior to their roles at Sebacia, Inc. and The Innovation Factory, Bob worked as the CFO at Revenue Technologies from April 2005 to April 2007. Bob successfully restored the functionality of the company's finance department and improved financial reporting and internal control processes.

Bob also has experience as a financial and accounting consultant, serving various clients including Cordova Ventures, where they worked as a Partner and Vice President of Finance & Administration from January 1998 to December 2003. During their tenure at Cordova Ventures, Bob was responsible for financial and administrative functions, including implementing a new financial reporting system and improving rate of return computations.

Before Cordova Ventures, Bob worked as a consultant at their own firm, Robert Leslie Financial and Accounting Services, and at InterTech Information Management, Inc. At InterTech, they established the finance and administration functions and successfully negotiated a funding agreement.

Bob Leslie has a Masters in Professional Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bob has acquired several certifications, including "Brad Feld on Raising Capital," "Excel: Charts in Depth," "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself," and "Running a Profitable Business: Revenue Recognition," all obtained through LinkedIn. The most recent certifications were earned in March 2021.
