Paul Nelson

Paul Nelson has a strong background in IT operations and management. Paul most recently worked as the Vice President of Customer Implementations at Alogent since November 2019. Prior to that, they held several positions at Dynamic Healthcare Systems, including Vice President of IT Operations and Senior Director of IT and Integration, where they oversaw the processing of Medicare and Medicaid transactions for over 1 million lives. Paul also worked as the Vice President of Technical Services at Bluepoint Solutions, where they managed multiple functional groups and led the operation of the Item Processing Data Center business unit. Additionally, Paul has experience as the President and Owner of PJN Consulting, LLC, and as a Senior Technical Support Lead at Open Text. Early in their career, they served as an IT Manager at Bluebird Systems, where they maintained servers and network infrastructure. Throughout their career, Paul has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, establishing metrics and baselines for performance and managing large-scale operations.

Paul Nelson has an associate's degree in Business Management from MiraCosta College. Paul also holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Česká Technická Univerzita, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. Furthermore, Paul has additional certifications as a Entersys Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft Corporation.
