Michael Stone

Michael Stone possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and hands-on roles. Currently employed at The Aloha Foundation since May 2021 as a Buildings and Grounds Crew member, responsibilities include grounds keeping, painting, and carpentry. Prior to this, an accomplished career at L.L.Bean spanned from December 1993 to September 2019, where Michael held various managerial positions. Earlier experiences include supervising painting projects at Sunrise Painting, working as a bike technician at Southwest Cycles/Acadia Bike and Canoe, and coordinating a summer English program for Japanese students at the University of Southern Maine. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Park Management, with a focus on Tourism Management, from the University of Maine.
