Molly Rosen is a social entrepreneur and leader in the field of organizational development. Molly is currently a trustee at The Aloha Foundation, and was previously the founder of Waymark Leadership, a coaching and consulting company focused on helping leaders in technology, financial services, and entertainment industries foster high-performing teams, drive change initiatives, and strategically plan their careers.

Rosen has also served as an independent consultant and editor. In their previous role as vice president of the Western Region for BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, they helped clients in the public and private sectors create healthy and productive workplaces.

Rosen is a strong advocate for women in the workforce, and their work has been featured in publications such as Knowing Pains: Women on Love, Sex and Work in Our 40s. Molly is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and making a positive impact on the world around them.

Molly Rosen's educational career includes a BA in Social Sciences and Russian Language from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and various certifications from well-renowned programs such as New Ventures West, Tilt365, University of California, Korn Ferry, GetFive, Hogan Assessment Systems, and CPP, Inc.
