Molly Rosen is a social entrepreneur and leader in the field of organizational development. Molly is currently a trustee at The Aloha Foundation, and was previously the founder of Waymark Leadership, a coaching and consulting company focused on helping leaders in technology, financial services, and entertainment industries foster high-performing teams, drive change initiatives, and strategically plan their careers.
Rosen has also served as an independent consultant and editor. In their previous role as vice president of the Western Region for BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, they helped clients in the public and private sectors create healthy and productive workplaces.
