Alethea Lai

Alethea Lai is an experienced real estate agent currently working with Aloha Sotheby's Realty since April 2024 and with Venture Sotheby's International Realty Hawai'i since 2015. Alethea has a strong background in leadership and management, having served as the Executive Director of Malaai The Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School from March 2010 to June 2019, overseeing HR, marketing, fundraising, and programmatic direction. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Synergistic Solutions Hawaii, a full-service event planning company, and management of Hale Imaka. Alethea also held the position of Development Director at Kahilu Theatre Foundation from April 2006 to March 2010. Alethea's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from the University of Hawai‘i System.
