Manoj Surya

Manoj Surya is an experienced growth leader currently serving as the Head of Growth at Alohaa since July 2022, where the focus is on profitable acquisition and scaling efforts. Previously, Manoj was a member of Reforge from September 2022 to September 2023 and held the position of Product Manager at Reverie Language Technologies, enhancing accessibility in local languages for over 500 million non-English users in India. Manoj took a travel break in late 2021 after leaving Way2Online, where as Co-Creator and Growth Head at Truepush.com, significant achievements included a 25% increase in funnel conversion and doubling organic traffic. Manoj's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Startup Talks, a community for early-stage entrepreneurs, and subsequently establishing Zenty, which connects brands with influencers. Additional roles include being a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program and Manager at the IIIT-H Foundation, supporting technology-driven startups.
