Prior to this, Shesh worked as a Technical Recruiter at ALOIS Solutions from July 2022 to March 2023, focusing on the semiconductor industry and handling a range of engineering roles. Additionally, Shesh served as a Technical Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. from June 2021 to June 2022, collaborating with major telecom and non-telecom clients to fill various technical positions.
