Ivars Orlovs is an experienced professional in food technology and research and development, currently serving as the RnD and Quality Director at ALOJAS since January 2023. Previously, Ivars held the position of Sales Manager/Food Technologist at Ltd ILM from April 2018 to February 2020, focusing on B2B technical sales for food manufacturers. Prior to that, Ivars worked at SIA Nodum Tehnologijas, where responsibilities included RnD, quality assurance, and end-of-line automation solutions. From March 2015 to April 2018, Ivars was a Food Technologist - Sales Representative at SIA "NEO," assisting food producers with recipe development and technology solutions. Ivars holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Latvian University of Agriculture.
