Massimo Selmo

Massimo Selmo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and procurement. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for ALOJAS and MassChallenge Switzerland since June 2021 and June 2016 respectively, Massimo's previous roles include Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Global Sourcing at Barry Callebaut Group from January 1996 to September 2024, along with the position of CFO. Massimo started career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Italy from September 1992 to December 1995. Education includes a BA in Economics from Università Bocconi (1984-1991) and completion of the LEAP program at INSEAD in 2019.
