Eileen Tan

Eileen Tan currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Alola since October 2024, following a role as VP of People & Partnership at Vault Corporation from December 2021 to August 2024. Previously, Eileen held the position of International Marketing Manager at The Star Entertainment Group from June 2016 to June 2021. Eileen's career began at Impiana Hotels & Resorts Management, where Eileen was the Director of Sales from August 2007 to January 2015, responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and coordinating marketing strategies. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from RMIT University, completed in 2002.
