Monica Pantoja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monica began their career as a Shift Supervisor in the Cashier Department at Galyans Sport and Outdoor in 1995. Monica later transitioned to the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist at the same company, where they audited daily cash register transactions and performed account reconciliations.
In 1997, Monica joined Brightpoint North America L.P and held various roles, including Collection Specialist, Staff Accountant, Program Coordinator for National Accounts, and Program Manager for National Accounts. In these positions, they managed sales and customer service tasks, coordinated order entry and tracking, and facilitated production schedules and projects.
Monica's next role was as a Business Analyst at Brightpoint North America L.P in 2011. Monica integrated new customers onto a financial software package, served as a liaison between Account Management teams and IT, and performed end-to-end testing activities.
From 2012 to 2017, Monica worked at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services as an Account Executive. Monica led the strategic customer relationship with AT&T Mobility, managed supply chain planning and order fulfillment, and achieved significant growth in the AT&T Cricket Wireless program.
Most recently, Monica was a Senior Account Executive at MS Awning Company, LLC from 2016 to 2021. Monica handled customer relations and account management for both local and national accounts, managed all aspects of awning installations, and successfully completed projects from order to installation.
Monica's current position is as an Account Manager at ALOM since 2022.
Monica Pantoja's education history includes attending Ball State University from 1994 to 1995, where they focused on International Business. Monica then enrolled at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2002 to 2003, majoring in International Business with a minor in Spanish.
