Tyler Anderson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tyler began their career as an OFS Driver Merchandiser Assistant at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Finance Intern at First American Capital Corporation. At the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Tyler held roles as a Shelving Staff and later as a Help Desk Lead, where they improved customer satisfaction and trained security personnel.

Tyler joined Amazon in 2015 and started as a Problem Solving Lead, leading a team through the peak holiday season and implementing process improvements. Tyler then worked as an Operations Assistant Manager, managing a team of associates and improving productivity. Most recently, Tyler worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Last Mile Operations Manager before joining ALOM as a Senior Operations Manager in 2022. Tyler Anderson completed their high school education at Tremper High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their G.E.D. Tyler then pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General in 2015.
