Kaitlin Sahli is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Alomere Health since October 2019, Kaitlin supports over 300 leaders and employees through all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Alexandria Industries, where Kaitlin executed people initiatives and enhanced recruitment strategies for around 200 employees. Earlier positions include Recruiter at Caribou Coffee, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lunds & Byerlys, and Human Resources Interns at both Lunds & Byerlys and the Minnesota Twins. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of St. Thomas.
