Aoife McCarthy

Aoife McCarthy is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Resources at ALONE since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing the HR function for over 700 cabin crew across ten regions in Spain. Prior roles include HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the same organization, as well as a Human Resources Advisor at HR Duo and a Human Resources Generalist at Nobox HR Outsourcing Solutions. Prior to specializing in HR, Aoife worked as a Business Class Flight Attendant with Emirates, delivering high-quality customer service, and as an Emergency Dispatcher at BT Ireland, handling high-pressure calls. Aoife holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Maynooth University.
