Vincent Wong, CHRL, is the Head of Human Resources for Canada and Latin America at Lockheed Martin, a position held since 2021. Previously, Vincent served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lockheed Martin, providing strategic HR guidance to support program captures and employee growth from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Vincent held several roles, including Director of Human Performance and Learning at Canada Post, where they focused on talent management and succession planning from 2005 to 2010. Vincent's educational background includes a Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Organizational Behaviour from Queen's University and an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, completed in 2011.
