Phil Alongi II

Phil is an Emmy® Award-winning production executive with 17+ years in unscripted, news, live event, and documentary production. He served as Showrunner and Executive Producer at Big Fish Entertainment where he launched and produced the first two seasons of Live PD: Wanted, part of the wildly successful Live PD franchise on A&E. He has produced over a thousand hours of live content as Director of Program Development and Executive Producer of NJTV News, where he oversaw and was responsible for program expansion in the ares of news, public affairs, arts, and documentaries. He began his broadcast career at NBC News in 1997. During his tenure at the network, he produced for Nightly News, the Today show, News at Sunrise, and numerous national specials. He has covered six presidential election cycles, the Millennium/Y2K, the second Gulf War, the shooting at Columbine and dozens of other major news events.
