Alonzo King LINES Ballet
Alvaro Montelongo is a dancer with extensive experience in professional dance and choreography. Since August 2019, Alvaro has been a dancer with Alonzo King LINES Ballet and has worked as a professional freelancer in dance since May 2019. Alvaro also serves as the artistic director for Colectivo de Danza JOYA, a role held since August 2015. Additionally, Alvaro worked as a teaching artist at the University of Southern California from September 2018 to May 2019, providing instruction in hip hop and movement composition at 32nd Elementary School. Alvaro holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Southern California, earned in 2019.
