They are former General Counsel at PwC-US; COO of Acumen Fund (global venture capital fund); President of Encore.org (national non-profit); and Co-Founder/ CEO of Dunollie (impact investment fund). She is an Independent Board Member/Compensation Committee Chair of Opiant Pharmaceuticals and former Interim Board Chair of Progenics Pharmaceuticals.
