James Adams

James (Jay) Adams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning over several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Partner at Exceptional Leaders International since March 2015, Jay specializes in guiding middle-market organizations through critical transitional periods. In addition, Jay holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Flexsolate LLC, a company developing innovative grip-free cuff technology, and provides financial consulting services to early-stage biotech and pharmaceutical firms through Alopexx Enterprises, LLC.
