Sinem Demirbilek

Sinem Demirbilek started their work experience in 2016 as an intern at Türk Telekom, where they worked for two months. In 2017, they had another internship at KONTROLMATİK for one month. Since 2019, they have been working at AloTech, initially as a Project Specialist and later taking on the role of Project Manager. Their most recent position is at Call Center Studio, where they are currently working as a Project Manager.

Sinem Demirbilek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they pursued from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sinem also obtained various certifications. These include the "PMP Eğitimi Sertifika Programı" from BMI Business School Istanbul, which they completed in November 2022. Sinem also completed the "Uluslararası İş Analizi ve İş Analizi Teknikleri Eğitimi" from PEM360 & ALL4AGILE in October 2020. Sinem has further received training on "Conversation Design" and "Dialogflow" Product Education from the Google Developers Group in December 2019. Finally, they completed a course on "Çağrı Merkezi Matematiği" at CC Academia in November 2019.
