Niels Delemarre

Niels Delemarre is an experienced strategic advisor and founder of DOOK strategische adviespartners voor Onderwijs en Huisvesting since 2014, specializing in integrated solutions for educational and housing challenges. In addition to this role, Niels serves as a Strategic Housing Advisor for the Aloysius Stichting, which provides specialized educational services across 45 locations. With a career spanning over 20 years in local government and educational housing, Niels also established Niels Delemarre Advies BV in 2013, providing consultancy in social real estate and educational housing. Previous roles include coaching for sustainable school buildings in Flevoland and serving in senior advisory positions at various organizations, including Coresta Youth and Education and M3V adviespartners. Niels holds a drs. degree in Social Geography and Building and Real Estate Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
