Ravleen Sahni Anand

Ravleen Sahni Anand is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and management, currently serving as the Head Of Human Resources at The ALP Group since September 2013. In addition to this role, Ravleen holds multiple positions as a promoter for BTB Tools, BTB Auto Glass & Body Shop Tools, and SoffSeal, Inc. from October 2023. Ravleen has also been the Director-Human Resources at ALP Overseas Pvt Ltd since 2002 and has recently taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at ALP POLYMER PARK PRIVATE LIMITED as of July 2023. Other significant roles include Head of Human Resources at ALP Aeroflex and Manager at both Anand Nishikawa Co. Ltd. and ALP Nishkawa Co Private Limited since 2002.
