Doug Baj

Doug Baj serves as the Assistant Director of Communications at the Air Line Pilots Association since 2004, managing a team of 40 communication professionals and overseeing a budget of $10 million. This role encompasses various communication disciplines, including media relations and digital media, supporting members in legislative advocacy, collective bargaining, and aviation safety.
