Jessie Elliott is an experienced pilot currently serving at Delta Air Lines since July 2016, holding various roles including pilot, captain, and Chairperson of the Flight Operations Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. In addition, Jessie serves as Vice President of the EQUAL Business Resource Group, focuses on LGBTQ+ advocacy within the Air Line Pilots Association as a Pilot Peer Advocate, and participates in government affairs as a District Advocate. Jessie previously worked at SkyWest Airlines and served as a flight instructor at Cochise College and Rocky Mountain College Aviation. An advocate for diversity and inclusion in aviation, Jessie also contributes as a scholarship reviewer for the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals and has a background in grassroots advocacy for global health organizations. Jessie holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science from Rocky Mountain College and has pursued studies in Graphic Design and an undecided field at Montana State University-Bozeman and The University of Montana, respectively.

The Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l (ALPA) is the largest airline pilot union in the world, representing more than 77,000 pilots at 43 U.S. & Canadian airlines.
