Rick Harrell

Rick Harrell has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Air Line Pilots Association since 1998. In this role, Rick specializes in project management, enterprise architecture, application development management, network management, strategic planning and budgeting, records management and compliance, system integration, procurement and contracts management, vendor management, strategic virtualization, and business continuity. Prior to this position, Rick was a Senior Manager of Information Technology at Freddie Mac from 1994 to 1998, where responsibilities included project management, strategic planning and budgeting, managing cross-organizational resources, application development management, business analytics, systems integration, and overseeing multi-vendor relationships. Rick Harrell holds a degree from Frostburg State College.
