Finance and Operations

The Finance and Operations team at the Air Line Pilots Association is responsible for managing the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and operational strategies. They oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure the union's financial health and operational efficiency, supporting its mission to advocate for and represent the interests of airline pilots. Additionally, they collaborate with leadership to align financial decisions with organizational goals across both U.S. and Canadian divisions.
