Juha Ristolainen

Juha Ristolainen is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Alpaca and a Non-Executive Director at Sustashift, Ristolainen also holds advisory positions at Greencode Ventures and Push That Button®. As the Owner/Director of Ristolainen OÜ, a holding company, and a member of the Finnish Business Angels Network, Ristolainen actively invests in and supports emerging tech initiatives, including Kodarit, which focuses on encouraging youth to pursue software development careers. Ristolainen co-founded Upvest, a Berlin-based FinTech focused on democratizing investment access, and has contributed significantly to startups through positions as Partner and Startup Mentor at Nordic Startup Ventures. Moreover, Ristolainen's educational background includes two Master’s degrees in Software Development and Signal Processing from Tampere University of Technology.
