Karen (Stephan) Borchert is the current Founder and CEO of Alpaca, a company aimed at providing parents with easy ways to support teachers through monthly care packages. With a background in operations and product management, Karen has held various leadership roles in companies such as ROKA, Flywheel, and Election Systems & Software. Karen also co-founded Keen Guides, a company offering multimedia tours, and has experience in consulting and non-profit organizations. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
