This oven uses natural wood charcoal and it is the source of the mouthwatering smells as you approach the restaurant. We pair our chicken with traditional South American sides – from plantains to yuca fries and black beans. Our all natural chickens are hormone free, local, and free of all major FDA allergens (peanuts, tree-nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, soy, and gluten).
