Lorraine Sanders

Lorraine Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lorraine is currently the Head of Content at Alpaca VC, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a NEAR Marketing DAO Council Member and Advisor at NEAR Community Marketing DAO from January 2022 to present. Lorraine also has extensive experience in marketing, media, and content creation. Lorraine worked as a Content Creator & Media Strategist at LS Marketing + Media since June 2004, where they specialized in helping change-making brands with strategic consulting, content production, and executive media training. Lorraine is the Founder of the PressDope DIY PR Course Program, a training program for founders and teams building change-making brands. Lorraine is also the Creator & Host of the Spirit of 608 Podcast, which focuses on business at the intersection of fashion, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and technology. Lorraine has contributed to publications such as WWD and the San Francisco Chronicle as a writer and columnist. Lorraine was the Director of Communications & Branding at ModaVive, a fashion startup, and the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of SF Indie Fashion, a resource and news site about independent apparel and accessories designers.
