Ngọc Phạm

Ngọc Phạm is an experienced full-stack developer and technology leader with a robust background in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Full Stack Developer at Alpaca Vietnam since November 2020, Ngọc has also held key leadership roles including CEO and CTO at Rubin Viet Nam, where responsibilities include managing a team of developers, planning various technology projects, and providing solutions for digital marketing. Previous positions include Technical Lead at TMA Solutions, where Ngọc managed multiple teams and projects, and Consultant at Liberty Insurance Limited, focusing on requirements analysis and technical design. Ngọc began a career as Technical Lead at Công ty TNHH Esuhai and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology - Vietnam, complemented by a Bridge Engineer qualification in Computer Software Engineering from FPT APTECH.
