Marcelo Litvin

Marcelo Litvin is an accomplished finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Chief Financial Officer at Alpargatas S.A. since July 2012, Marcelo oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, and treasury processes, while also focusing on team development and business improvements. Previously, as a Senior Manager for Corporate Strategy and New Businesses, Marcelo directed M&A projects and significant brand portfolio enhancements. Prior experience includes serving as Strategy, New Business and M&A Manager at Philips, where a successful turnaround program achieved €170M in annual savings, and as a Corporate Strategy Analyst at Oi. Marcelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
