Michael Searle

Michael Searle is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales (wholesale) for UK & Ireland at Alpargatas S.A. since June 2013, Michael has successfully implemented a 360-degree go-to-market process to enhance product launches and alignment within the organization. Prior roles include Key Account Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren, where a portfolio of high-profile clients was managed, as well as Sales Manager at Duchamp London and HUGO BOSS. Michael’s career also features experience as Brand Manager at Fourmarketing, overseeing multiple brands and clients. A graduate of the University of Lincoln, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
