Previously, Jon held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Alpek Polyester from February 2023 to January 2024, and spent nearly two decades at DAK Americas in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Resins Business and Vice President of Fibers Business Unit. Earlier in Jon's career, significant contributions were made as a Senior Business Director and Supply Chain Director across multiple operational facets. Jon began professional development as a Field Engineer at DuPont from 1989 to 1999. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
