Paul Seagle

Paul Seagle currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Alpek Polyester USA, a position held since March 2024, focusing on driving operational excellence across global operations. Prior to this role, Paul amassed extensive experience at Huntsman Corporation, including significant leadership positions such as Global Manufacturing Excellence Director and Regional Manufacturing Director for the Americas. Additional experience includes roles at Ciba, where Paul managed Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, and Milliken & Company, focusing on new product introductions. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
