Guilherme Netto

Guilherme Netto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Guilherme is currently working as the CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Alper Consultoria em Seguros since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Portfolio Manager at Perenne Investimentos from February 2021 to July 2021. Guilherme also held the position of Board Member at Aramis Menswear from February 2014 to July 2021. Guilherme has valuable financial expertise as they worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NSC Comunicação from August 2016 to January 2021. Guilherme also served as a Portfolio Manager in Private Equity at Perenne Investimentos and NC Investimentos, and as an Associate in Private Equity at Gávea Investimentos. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at HSBC Bank and gained internship experience at Air Liquide and Banco Brascan.

Guilherme Netto attended Colégio Santo Agostinho in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 1991 to 2001, where they completed their high school education. Guilherme then went on to Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Engineering, with a focus on Production and Financial Engineering. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Most recently, from 2020 to 2023, Guilherme Netto is attending Harvard Business School, completing the General Management Program (GMP34).
