Prior experience as an Associate Banker at Chase involved managing depository accounts and assisting customers with mobile banking tools, earning multiple customer service awards for exceptional performance. Joseph began professional development as a Busser at Ruson Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, where leadership skills were demonstrated by training new staff.
