Milr Maggie Arboleda Sphr

Maggie Arboleda SPHR, MILR has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and human resources. Maggie most recently worked at Adobe as a Diversity Talent Acquisition Programs Manager, where they managed university recruitment initiatives. Prior to that, they held roles at ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America, Apple, New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB), Hispanics in Philanthropy, Confidential Family Foundation, Women's World Banking, and Urban Upbound. Throughout their career, Maggie has demonstrated expertise in strategic development for diversity, inclusion, and talent acquisition, as well as community public relations and fundraising consulting. Maggie also has experience in corporate and foundation development, individual giving, and career counseling for workforce development.

Maggie Arboleda SPHR, MILR completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School from 2020 to 2022. Maggie holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from Syracuse University. Maggie'sundergraduate education was at Hunter College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Urban Planning. Maggie also has additional certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, and the Beyond Barriers® Accelerator from Beyond Barriers. Maggie obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2019.
