Janam Jain

Janam Jain is a professional with extensive experience in taxation and fund structuring. Currently serving as an Associate at Alpha Alternatives since June 2022, Janam Jain previously held the position of Manager at EY from October 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included advising domestic and foreign private equity funds on investment structuring, fund setup, tax due diligence, and compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Bansi S. Mehta & Co., progressing from Article Assistant to Senior Consultant, focusing on direct taxation, statutory audits, and transfer pricing. Janam Jain holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.
