Andra Antohi

Andra Antohi (Nechifor) has a diverse work experience in various companies. Andra is currently working at Alpha Bank as the Head of People Analytics and Subsidiaries HR Partnering. Prior to this, they worked at Finastra as the Group Director, People Analytics, OE & Workforce Planning until December 2022. Before joining Finastra, Andra worked at Vodafone, where they held the role of Manager, Total Rewards & Organisational Effectiveness from June 2019 to July 2020, and previously as a Consultant, Reward & Organisational Effectiveness from August 2016 to June 2019. Andra also has experience at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a Coordinator, Reward & HR Reporting from July 2015 to August 2016. Andra began their career at Vodafone as an Administrator, Employee Benefits from March 2014 to July 2015, and as an intern in HR Personnel Administration from September 2013 to March 2014.

Andra Antohi (Nechifor) earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Computer Science at the same institution. Currently, they are enrolled in the Doctoral School of Cybernetics and Statistics at the Academia de Studii Economice din București, working towards their doctoral degree which is expected to be completed in 2023.
