Spiros Andronikakis

Spiros Andronikakis is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and corporate banking. Since September 1998, Spiros has served as the General Manager and Chief Risk Officer at Alpha Bank, leading the Group Risk and Credit Units while also being a member of the Executive Committee. Spiros has held key positions such as Chief Credit Officer and Head of Corporate Banking, along with a role as Deputy Director in Corporate Banking. Additionally, Spiros has contributed as Chair of the CROs Committee at the Hellenic Banks Association from September 2020 to March 2025. Previous experience includes a senior role as Senior Director of Corporate Banking at American Express and Group Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at Ionian and Popular Bank of Greece. Spiros holds an MBA in Financial Management and Banking from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematical Statistics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
