Crystal Quimby

Crystal Quimby is an experienced Technical Writer currently employed at EnerSys since December 2018, following the acquisition of Alpha Technologies, where Quimby held a similar role since September 2018. Responsibilities include creating and managing documentation for broadband products, overseeing the Technical Publications department, and collaborating with various teams on deliverables while utilizing PLM and SAP ERP systems. Additional experience includes a role as a Digital Marketer at Phoenix Dice, where successful social media campaigns significantly increased outreach. Previous positions encompass copywriting and broadcasting for International Community Radio Taipei and teaching roles in educational settings. Crystal holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Production Animation from DigiPen Institute of Technology, along with multiple certifications in digital marketing and UI/UX design.
