Sumantra Bagchi has a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project monitoring, cost monitoring, management reporting, budget variance analysis, and feasibility for residential group housing and commercial projects. Sumantra has held various managerial roles in different companies such as Alpha Corp Development Private Limited, Alpha G:Corp Development Private Limited, ICICI Bank, Gammon India Ltd, and Consulting Engineering Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Sumantra completed their B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and furthered their education at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
