Heidi van Luven

Heidi Van Luven, P.E. currently serves as the Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Transportation Engineering at Alpha Corporation. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Associate Director of Transportation at AMT Engineering. Heidi has extensive experience in the transportation sector, including previous roles as a Commissioner for the Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas at the Maryland Department of Transportation and as a Manager for Multi-Modal Programs and Policy at the Maryland State Highway Administration. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
