Kathleen Linehan, PE is currently serving as a Board Member and Legislative Committee Chair at ACEC MW. She is also the President of Alpha Corporation, a woman-owned engineering and construction consulting firm. Kathleen is involved in various organizations such as Federal City Council, Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance, and Anacostia Watershed Society in different leadership roles. Previously, she held positions at Jacobs, CH2M HILL, District Department of Transportation (DDOT), and Federal Highway Administration, showcasing her extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Kathleen holds a BSCE from Marquette University and has furthered her education at The George Washington University.
