Tamara Nemo is a seasoned Leadership Learning & Executive Coach at Co/optation, LLC, with over 25 years of experience in business strategy and talent development. Specializing in leadership and communication skills, they have worked with a diverse array of clients, including CXOs and entry-level professionals, primarily in global financial services. Prior to their current role, Tamara was the Global Head of Training for the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs and held key positions at Capgemini and Korn Consulting Group, where they focused on consulting, coaching, and training. Tamara earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
