Sarah Simmonds

Sarah is a Director in Alpha’s Operations Practice, and is an experienced management consultant with a background in Project and Programme Management and a specialism in Outsourced Operating Models.

Sarah has over 10 years experience working with Asset Managers and Asset Servicers of all sizes across the Operations Lifecycle – from defining strategy and TOM, running RFIs/RFPs and implementing new Operating Models.
