Elsa Mitchem

Elsa Mitchem is a highly experienced senior professional with a robust background in power plant leadership and project management. They currently serve as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Alpha Generation, having previously held the same title at Veolia North America. Elsa has also worked as a Generation Manager at Centrica Energy and taught secondary science at Port Washington UFSD & Agencies. Their extensive experience spans various roles in international organizations, complemented by a BSc (Hons) from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
